I, Naveen Chaddha at Brush n Code, we specialize in customized printing, designing services, and personalized gifts. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Eligibility for Refund/Return

We only offer refunds or returns if the product delivered is damaged or defective.

Proof Required

To initiate a return or refund, you must provide photographic proof of the damage or defect within 7 days of receiving the product.

Provide your order details and photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

We will review your request and respond with the next steps.

Resolution

If approved, we will either replace the product or issue a refund within 7-10 days to source account, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that are customized as per your specifications and are not damaged or defective are non-returnable and non-refundable.
